Pierre Le NoelDirector Prior to developing his career in the recruitment and search industry, Pierre spent ten years in the Manufacturing sector in a variety of marketing, operations and business management roles. He now has over twenty years experience in recruitment and executive search and has successfully completed an array of assignments for local businesses through to Fortune 500 Companies. Pierre has developed expertise in several fields including Manufacturing, Processing, Telecommunications and Business Services. Pierre focuses on senior appointments in the disciplines of General Management, Finance and Marketing Management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Auckland University and has pursued graduate studies in business. He is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors. Charles SampsonDirector Charles joins Executive Recruiters as an experienced search consultant who specialises in senior level search across the finance and technology sectors. Prior to joining Stanton Chase in 2012, he spent two years with a multi-national recruitment organisation leading their executive recruitment practice. Before joining the search industry Charles enjoyed a successful career as a General Manager in the Insurance and Risk industry and subsequently as CEO of a US based manufacturing company for 5 years. His previous senior management positions in New Zealand, Australia and most recently the US have given him a vast network of senior executive contacts across a broad range of industries. Additionally his advisory work for government has given him contacts at very senior levels in a number of government departments. Outside of work Charles was previously National President of Round Table New Zealand, has sat on the boards of several community organisations and has given his time to the development of numerous fund raising programs for charitable organisations. Simon HamptonSenior Consultant Simon joined the Auckland practice in early 2010 after moving to New Zealand from the UK, where he had spent the preceding 10 years in the Executive recruitment industry. Since joining the industry, Simon has successfully concluded a number of "C" level searches along with an extensive array of senior Executive roles. He brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding with regard to the pro-active, targeted, detailed and robust process required to execute a successful search. He most recently spent five years as an Associate with the Hill McGlynn Group specialising in senior level Search within the Construction, Infrastructure, Civil and Facilities management sectors across Great Britain and Europe. Simon has an extensive network of colleagues and contacts in the UK and looks forward to further developing business and his network within in the Asia-Pacific region.
