Jenny Le Noel

Director

Jenny has been a Director of Executive Recruiters for over a decade. Prior to becoming involved in the Executive Recruitment industry, she spent ten years in Consumer Marketing roles in FMCG, and finally as the National Marketing Manager for an Australasian Financial Services organisation.

Jenny has also developed a significant understanding of the New Zealand building products sector and residential construction, having Project Managed for a number of new builds and renovations.

In addition to bringing up 3 sons, she has managed sports teams and undertaken Officer roles in community organisations. She is a keen swimmer and Treasurer of the Devonport Swim Club.

Jenny holds a Bachelors of Commerce in Economics and Marketing from the University of Auckland, and has completed Masters level studies in Marketing.

Kate Godfrey

Research Associate 

Kate joins us from a Business Strategy Consultancy and has a keen interest in organisational structure and psychometric testing. She is an avid netballer and crossword enthusiast.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and European Studies from the University of Auckland, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from Auckland University of Technology.
